Establishing a JV (Massachusetts)
I've found some homes through mls, did the calculations, & believe I have a good deal for fix & flip. I am interested in learning how folks have established a JV, especially if they do not have any capital to close on a deal but are willing to get the property under contract, oversee the work of a GC or sub contractors directly to finish the flip with the financial support of the JV? Does this type of collaboration exist? If so, how would one establish such a relationship?
