Tax Delinquent Lists

Hi BP. First post here, but I've been eating up all of the great information! 

I'm just getting started and trying to get my first deal. We're trying to get a list of tax delinquent properties that haven't gone to foreclosure or auction or anything like that from the county tax office but struggling a bit.  Maybe we're not using the right terminology. Has anyone had success obtaining lists such as this? Any tips?
