Hire licensed professional or DIY
I recently purchased 2 duplexes in Massillon, OH. I'm looking for suggestions on
maintenance issues (eg. HVAC). Is it worth hiring a professional to check the furnace before winter hits or take a chance that the unit will work because it did last year. In my area it costs about $99 per unit to check the furnace. I changed the filters and turned them on, they fired up as they should.
