Looking for flippers and general contractors
I am an investor in South Florida looking to buy properties and fix them up to flip - or hold and rent. Ideally, I would like to find great deals (properties that are out of date / distressed) that need rehab and invest mostly in the rehab.
Are there any flippers / general contractors out here that have experience with these types of projects? I would love to speak with as many people as possible to get the ball rolling. I am open to all sorts of compensation arrangements - I have the money - but need someone with the experience. I would like to work with someone that could show me the ropes.
