New to Wholesale
Hello everyone I'm kinda knew to biggerPockets and I'm new to real estate investment. Basically why I'm here is because i need help, I don't know where to start with this wholesaling thing. I already found a house i want to try to wholesale (it my uncles property). Now i don't know what to do. What contracts do i use? Where in indiana can i do a double closing? I already put out an add on craigslist. Like i said I'm fairly new and young. But your never to your to become an investor! I would really appreciate any help from anyone. I could really use a mentor, does anyone know where one would find a mentor?

Welcome to BP Daniel!! It is a great resource and I am sure if you look thru the blogs and forums all these questions can be answered there. If I were looking into wholesaling in Indiana I would reach out to Brett Snodgrass and Shawn Holsapple. They are a wealth of knowledge.
