Why everyone doesn't invest in real estate?

On every other podcast Josh and Brandon state that they know a lot of people that do not invest real estate. They have friends, real estate agents and family members know about real estate investing, but they don't do it. Here is the million dollar answer, everyone is not meant to invest in real estate, the same way everyone is not meant to be a Rap Artist, Contractor, Teacher, Basketball Player, Singer etc. Real estate investing is not for everyone. Everyone does not have the mental capacity, the tenacity, patience or persistence. It's just what it is. There you have it.
