bolton nc property

Hi,

I'm Kim Malpass. I am interested in learning more about a real estate property that my brother I inherited. The property is located in Bolton, NC. Their is an existing home on the property, but it is not in good condition. The house is covered in asbestos. The tax value is for the home and land is $32, 400. The bank released the home to the estate. The taxes on the home are paid. I am interested in learning my options as to what to do with this property. Any ideas?
