Commercial loans
I don't have any experience with commercial loans but I am going to need one in order to purchase a property that I have my eye on. The asking price is 1.2M. My question is, what is the criteria for securing a loan this size and is this something that I should consider being that I'm just starting out? If I use the 2% rule, I'll never be able to leave this job that I hate because I won't make enough in cash flow to replace my income.
