Hello BP community, I'm brand new to investing and it's  something that really caught my attention.

Im only 19 and feel im in a good place to start looking into real estate more seriously and learn as much as i can before i jump in. However, i am very eager to get started right away.

I'm looking for any help or recommendations on books or other investors who could maybe shed their knowledge my way. Everything is very appreciated.

My interest sort of verys. Although, i am mainly interested in rental property and wholesaling. If there is any one who can reach out or even just recomend any good books that really digs into detail about these i would really appreciate it.

My time so far on bigger pockets have been nothing but a good experience to me, i look forward to hear from anyone who could help me in my journey of real estate investing.

Hey Austin!

Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a very good start.  A lot of people started getting interested by reading this book.  It does not give specifics, but will definitely get you fired up for investing and how to look at things financially.  If you are looking for specifics condensed into one source, "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner from this site is a great one that walks you through from start to rentals and even common problems you would encounter with tenants in your property.  These are just two that have helped me a lot with my first rental (which I am working on getting rented out now.)
