Financing for inexpensive condos
Hi Guys
Thinking about purchasing a couple of condos, all in the 20k to 40k range and have not decided whether to pay cash for them or finance them. Are there lenders who will lend on investment mortgages in this price catagory (ex: 30k purchase price less 6k down for a mortgage of 24k?)
I am new at REI and would like to explore this option.
Thanks!
Dave
