My name is Steve from Sebastian, FL 32958 and I plan to take my experience from a 10+ year career using DM to successfully sell Life Insurance and transition over to investing in real estate.   I've been a high level producer in insurance because I sought out good mentors, took direction well and learned my craft by bringing them great opportunities.  I've learned to enjoy the act of becoming comfortable in uncomfortable situations and am really excited about RE because it's new and gives me the potential to build lasting wealth for my family.  I'm feverishly researching on BiggerPockets forums, talking to local RE investors, learning from the awesome BP podcasts and now I'm getting anxious to begin marketing to find my own deals.  Historically, I've found that I learn best from setting goals, making a plan and TAKING ACTION, so tell me, if you were in my shoes and just beginning to wholesale on a modest budget, what would you do now??
