First Deal
Went under contract on my first deal on 5/19 based in Hagerstown, MD (but I live in Chambersburg, PA). First time investor; five year old in USA etc. Pushing to get funding and close by June 2 and immediately start rehab. Looking for contractors in Hagerstown, MD (A town I don't know very well) and putting everything together - Scope of Work etc. Real estate investing can be fun! It stretches everything you are and have. My brother used to say that, "if you are not living on edge, you are taking too much space in this world." REI is a life on edge - full of fun and risks - and rewarding.

Congrats on your first deal. I'm from Greencastle, PA which is right between Chambersburg and Hagerstown. I'm about to settle on my first deal in Hagerstown as well.
Can you provide any details on your deal? I'm curious as I'm a newbie investor as well and looking to gain some tips
