Distance ownership?
Assuming it is possible to make money owning properties from afar, how much harder is it?
I have been interested in RE for a few years, but not where I live (Japan). I have a colleague who says she makes money owning properties, despite living thousands of miles away. I have the $$, a fantastic credit score, etc. - should I forget about property until I move back to the USA?
