Rehab Contractors
Hello everyone, I have purchased my first rental in Cleveland, Ohio. Eighty percent of the renovation has been completed by me. The neighborhood is a C class area, New roof and furnace installed by contractor. New plumbing, electrical, demolition, landscaping, drywall, bathroom rehab toilet, pedestal sink, ceramic floor tile and tub and wall surround were completed by me. I need recommendations for finding an affordable contractor or handyman who will finance. Or should I piece out work to places like home depot. Sorry for the long post, just very overwhelmed.
