Pay down my FHA or Buy Investment

Hi everyone,

I'm getting mixed reviews for what the best options are...

I have a 3/2 SFR with a FHA loan and looking to invest in another SFR or Multi.

My options are:

Pay down my SFR and refi with an "investor" loan, then buy a SFR or Multi with FHA again.

or

Buy a Multi with 25% down at 5%

I want to keep the most money in my pocket as possible. After saving for the last five years, I could do either.

I've searched, what would you recommend?
