We were looking to pick one area to start our investment partnership, and with the low cost of entry, Rome seemed like the more viable place to start. I'm a wholesaler and have sold a few houses in the area. That Rome and Rockmart is a small area but growing. I guess it would depend on your strategy because there are other locations that has great investment opportunities including Paulding and Cobb counties. I do specialize in deep discounted properties in GA. I occasionally pick up deals in Rome as well. Let's connect
