What lists to ask for from the county clerk?

I'm currently at the county clerks office, and I just asked for a list of foreclosures.... I got the list along with how to access them online. When I looked at the properties online, they were sectioned in groups... Example: April 2016 Group A - Date: April 5th, 2016 April 2016 Group B - Date: April 5th 2016 ... And so on. I was wondering are you allowed to make an offer on the house prior to the date of sale? & Also is there any other useful lists to ask the county clerk for... -Thanks in advance, Trey

In Texas foreclosures are non-judicial.  While you can negotiate to purchase the property from the owner keep in mind the lender has no obligation to stop or postpone the foreclosure unless they are paid in full prior to the foreclosure date. The lender actually has no obligation to allow the  borrow to bring the loan current at this point although most will(Texas is a Deed of Trust state some prior to filing for the foreclosure the note was accelerated and is now due in full)

Keep in mind as well that the full list for the April foreclosure date will not be available until 21 days prior as that is the deadline. Additionally, "A" means morning and "B" is afternoon
