My beginner game plan
I have put together a simple game plan and I would like some feedback on it.
1. Form an LLC
2. Begin direct mail marketing while getting my RE License
3. Begin work wholesaling properties while preparing my finances for a flip.
4. Continue wholesaling
5. Every 3-6 flips intentionally turn one into a buy and hold rental
6. Become Uber wealthy.
I realize that there are a lot of details involved in getting each one of those things done. I´ve already begun work on the first four items consecutively. I have also partnered with a local RE Agent as a mentor. If there are any big items I seem to be missing please let me know. Thanks for any and all feedback or critiques.
Sincerely,
Adam King
