Can i shadow you?

Hello everyone. Hope you are all achieving your dreams and goals. I recently attended fortune Builders 3 day seminar over the wknd. I'm very interested in Wholesaling but need a bit of guidance. I would love to Shadow someone who is in the process of working on a deal. Hope this doesn't sound rediculous. I would appreciate at least one trip with you. Thank you so much in advance for whomever is okay with this. Btw I'm located in New York

Yes absolutely.  It's in my nature to do good by people especially those who go above and beyond to help me.  I just need help with the first step, I know I can do great in this business. Trust me once I get the hang of things I will bring deals from left & Right to the table. Theres no stopping me!!! Lol.   Thanks Nathan for your feedback

Find the dominant wholesaler in your area and offer to be a bird dog for him or her.  You'll learn a lot and earn while you do.

@Jesenia Rodriguez  spend the 1k get your RE license and go to work with a top producer on their team.. this is truly the way to earn and learn.

wholesalers will use and abuse ... and most folks never do end up doing anything.

Hi Jesenia,

You're on the right track in looking to find someone you can shadow. The next step is to start thinking how you can be of service to a mentor. Can you try and bring the person you are shadowing deals? People are generally very nice in sharing their expertise, but when you start shadowing and riding along with people you want to make sure you are making it worth their while.
