As a New investor I'm trying to Understand how to wholesale, do a lease option, subject to Deal, understand seller financing and learn how to build a portfolio of income properties. I know its a lot but I'm trying to think out the box and not just be stuck in one area. where should I start..... Thank you in advance for all your help.....
