hi everyone!

I am a foreign investor. I read a lot of articles and i think i am ready to begin. I searched for cities with big population and income and a lot of industries (in the entire usa!). I want to buy and hold. I want to start small and risk just 50k(all cash) for start. My goal is to get passive income of 800$ before expenses and then to build up a team that i can rely on to make more deals. I dont mind waiting for a good deal but i dont know where to start. I need to choose one micro market. According to my search i found out that in dallas, san antonio and austin i can find what i want but i read that clevland ,atlanta and jacksonville are also good for invest. I also saw that rochester mn is the most desirable city to live in. So im confused..:-) how can i narrow down more? Where does the gurus invest in? Thanks in advance!

Rochester, NY is a good place to invest. I rehab turnkey properties in that price range all the time. I own many single family homes from $50-60K in good neighborhoods that rent from $900-1,000/ month. Let me know if you would like more information.
