Is this possible?
So here's the situation:
I have a house (mortgage), good credit, and a job- and big Faith! :)
I figure I need $30K to start investing... I know about the no money down deals but beginner investor and it will be a challenge to get funds that way, right now. So my question is How would you try to generate that kind of money? I thought about line of credit, home equity loan, personal loan... But are they really good options. I would like to flip a property or buy a duplex or townhouse to rent out. I realize making money in RE investing is work but I do believe I can do it. I just need to get that first deal under my belt. Any suggestions?
Thank you all in advance.
PS - give it to me straight, if my thinking is off let me know! Thx!
