Neighborhood Stats- Oakland, CA
Hey everyone! I'm diving in to real estate investment and I slowly but surely learning the ropes. More recently research has been my focus. I'm interested in investing in properties in the East Bay Area, CA and I'd like to know if any of you know where I can find neighborhood stats. I read a post a while ago and noticed that the person who wrote the post attached a map that showed all of the activity that took place in the neighborhood in which he purchased a property. Where'd he get that? I'd like to view something like that so that I can research the neighborhoods that I want to purchase in. Is there a free site that I can use?
