Starting a Real Estate Investment Business

I am starting a real estate investment business in Southeast Texas and would like to get investors interested in investing with us. I will start out rehabbing residential homes and work my way up from there. I am planning to make a business plan to attract investors. Is there anything else i can do to attract investors.

Also i am looking for a real estate investment in-person class. Does anyone have any good info about that.
