Tech Info Website to spreadsheet

I think this could be helpful to many especially me. I'd like to know how to populate a spreadsheet from a website. For a specific example I get info from foreclosure.com I'd like to be able to go to the website and with little work be able to  populate a excel or other spreadsheet with the name, address, phone number and maybe some other info. So if I go to details of the first property of a search I can click on an icon or something and it will automatically populate a spreadsheet from the website that is always in the same spot with the same title.
