birdog websites??

Question

I recently came across an interesting exclusive buyer agents website but it only applied to luxury homes...Anyone know of any sites out there that are like this but for investment homes?

If I understand, you are looking for a real estate leads website.  I used to use a local one called motivatedleads.com but I dont know if she is still around.  There are others out there that I have seen but you will just need to research a little more to find them.  There are lots of foreclosure leads sites out there but do your research before you go buying leads.  Many are either stale or you will face stiff competition from the big money guys.

Ah, I do not think there is any certain website to do that.  That would be pretty cool!

Maybe a good idea for an internet entrepreneur to start such a site.

There are obviously tons of list sites, but they are properties already located and many of them you have to pay to see the properties.  I am not sure of one site that brings bird dogs from across the nation.

One thing you can do is go to craigslist in any area you are looking for in particular and advertise for birddogs.

I am probably confused as to what you are looking for exactly.

but if it's what I am thinking, you can simply just go to the websites of each city's newspaper.

Such as in Houston, its Chron.com

If that's not what you mean, please elaborate more on what you are looking for!

I know what you are looking for my friend but I was only trying to give you good advice as to finding good deals. Why do you want to pay the middle man when you can do it yourself and save couple of thousand dollars while your add it. But in this case you can e-mail me and tell what your looking for and I just might be able to help you out.

Yeah look in the newpaper they will run ads on FSBO's and most of the time when some one is doing a FSBO there is a good chance to make money if you know what your doing. Also check around your neighborhood for abandoned properties, if you can find the owners you may be able to come out with a good profit.
