I have $1000 and great expectations. Where do I start?

I've been listening to podcast 108 with Grant Cardone everyday since its air and it has me very motivated. My goal is to invest in multi family homes and flips. I am looking for advice on how to start with $1000 cash. I know that's not much money. But I need to get started asap! Thanks!
