Junior in college looking to begin a venture
Hello,
I am a 2nd semester junior attending college in Newport, RI and would like to purchase a multi-family house to rent, as well as occupy one of the units myself. I understand that without a current stream of income it would be impossible for me to obtain a mortgage, but what can I do to allow myself to be in the best position possible for when that time arrives?
