When asked what would I do with 20 K? I would look for a mentor and join a REIA club to seek out sucessful realtors or investor to help me flip properties. Second, I would get seek out information or a perdon who is doing wholesaling or birddogging. They can help with their expertise of the market. Finally after aquiring some cash flow I could seek out a newbie like myself and help them .
