Hi Everyone, I'm Laurel and I'm new to the world of Real estate. My firm is starting out, and we are looking to focus on investments in residential properties in LA. I'm interested in real estate investment because homes are the basis for families and a starting point for new beginnings.
I'm ta looking to soak up as much knowledge through this forum and to start contributing soon. It has been fun thus far. We want to start out with wholesaling first, then move on learning different aspect of real estate.
What we bring: We are quite a diverse team. My team is also connected with individual investors from China, who are looking for properties in LA area. So we are also looking to serve both local investors and investors from abroad.
