Questions about getting started.
I am new to real estate investing. I have about $4400 in savings but realy don't want to use it. I have been looking around my area for a few weeks trying to get a feel for what's available for possible homes that I could get way under FMV. I don't think I'm ready to invest quite yet. I want to look a little more and read more.
My questions are:
1. Can you suggest a book or two on the basics of REI specifically on rental prop and flipping?
2. Does anyone have an opinion about using the savings I have to get started or finding other cash to start?
