Seeking first investment
I am looking at a few listings from a woman I went to college with. One that im interested in is a five family that grosses $2600 a month. Most tenants have been then 3+ years and the price is $110K possibly falling as it have been on market 6 months. I have little money to put down but it seems like a solid cash flow for a first time (low risk?) investment. Opinions?
