Wholeselling
I am very new to this. I am in fact just in the research phase of my journey. I have been fascinated with wholesaling for a while. I want to know of some ways I can find off market homes/sellers and cash buyers without breaking the bank to do so. My goal is to use this method as a beginning and venture off into different niches along the way. Based on my research, this appears to be a method that requires the least amount of money/credit. Let me know if my thoughts are correct thus far.
