Hello, I'm brand new to Bigger Pockets. I'm looking to do some single family investing in the North Knoxville, Tennessee area. I'd like to connect with professionals -- real estate agents, property managers, etc. that I might be able to work with in that area. I'm an out of town investor although I've got fairly good knowledge of the area (grew up there). I'd like to make a first purchase in the market sometime in 2014.
