College Student Wanting To Invest In Real Estate

I am a 20 year old college student who wants to invest in real estate. Currently I've got $300 saved and my goal is to save $50 more each month because I have an on campus job that doesn't pay too much. Is there anything I can do to make an investment? Do I have to wait until I save a few thousand dollars first?

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
