Financing/Steps to 1st Property
Hey!
I am currently in college and am looking to purchase a duplex straight out of college to build equity and eventually refinance and take that money to roll it into my next investment property. I know my greatest hurdle will be finding financing straight out of college. What are you tips to positioning myself straight out of college to enhance the likelihood of a loan without having to pay extra interest or etc? Thanks so much!
