Cash Inflow? From Operations
This is a newbie question, but I've been reading Steve Berges' financials book, and still haven't found my answer.
Why are 'Depreciation Expense' and 'Interest on Loan' added to cash flow from operations?
Depreciation is implicit, and depends on how you calculate it. And then interest is being paid, so why is it not an outflow?
