about to pull trigger on first deal---need advice
after a little analysis paralysis, a little disappointment, and a lot of searching, I think I'm finally ready to get my first rental property. I need a little advice on the process though. I will be paying cash and I don't know how to go about doing everything. I have only bought when I was financing through the bank before and they done everything. Any info here will be greatly appreciated.
The deal is a 1987 16x80 3/2 with an addition. Been fully remodeled throughout and is very nice. Will be getting the home and lot. I'm anxious to finally put some action with my thinking and planning, but don't want to miss an important step in closing the deal because I don't know the process. Thanks

For the price and rent you should be fine. Call up a title company and tell them about the transaction. They can handle all the details. Ask them questions about the process so you cal learn. With all cash, it should be straight forward. Congrats, it sounds like a good deal.
