Where to look to find properties?
Hello,
I'm new to real estate investing (been trying to educate myself for the past couple months with this awesome thing that is BiggerPockets) and would like to know where everyone searches for their properties. I currently live outside Philadelphia but am particularly interested in the Phoenix area as I have family there. I am looking at Multi-Family homes in-particular but would be prepared to retrofit a single-family home into a multi if the shoe fits. Thanks in advance.
P.S. Obviously it doesn't make sense to drive around town and look for 'for sale' signs as its about 2,300 Miles away.
