Buying more units

Hi BP family!

I bought my first property in 2018 and the last one I bought was in February of this year with a total of 4. Each Time I buy I feels like I'm starting over again… the fear, the anxiety, etc. I really want to scale but somehow I'm being held back. I don't have a mentor which could help a lot but I also find it difficult to connect with ppl who have more units than I do. Most ppl I meet at REI meetings are newbies or have my same concerns.

I’m also living in a new area (Dallas, tx) and all of my properties are in Mississippi.

Any advice would be appreciated.
