Hi I really need help understanding the formula for calculating the max allowable offer.  There one thing I don't understand from the formulas I've seen online.  Please help DM me if you want.

 Formula? What formula? You make the offer based on the reno and the area. Get off the internet and stop reading books and over complicating things.  Just connect with those doing deals.
