Newbie here! Ready to pull my first foreclosure lists: what's your favorite source?

Hi all! My name is Joy. I live in the Treasure Valley in Idaho, and started REI just last month. I am ready to pull my first foreclosure lists. I see a lot of people use Propstream. I am starting out wholesaling but if it's the right property it could be a buy and hold or a flip. Who do you find provides the best lists with current and accurate data? I'll be doing some cold calling, possibly hiring a VA to do the calls. I might do some mailers too. I'm just starting out so I'd love some recommendations. I'll be looking at other cities and states, too, so not confined to my area.

Thank you!!
