how to start out
So contrary to my last post, i am trying to find out good ways to keep my investments while trying my hand in rental properties. I graduate college next week with a degree in cybersecurity to which i am going to pursue a job in, however, i am extremy lucky with successful parents that let me pick out stocks to invest in for birthday presents to build an account for me to have when i graduate college. This account is now worth over 8 figures and i want to have a side hustle of real estate. What are the recommendations that someone successful in real estate would do in my situation?
Thank you,
