Pricing rental homes intermediate lease term
I am wondering how to determine pricing for a furnished rental property that isn't a short term lease and not a fixed 12 month lease. The minimum length of stay is 31 days. Rental prices definitely are higher for the shorter length leases.
As a property manager, would you charge a higher management fee for these shorter lease terms?
