New Investor - Looking for buy&holds
Hello Bigger Pockets, my name is Roy Williams, I graduated from Clemson University in 2012, and I am a nuclear engineer. I lived in Columbia from 2015 to 2017 and now reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
I work with a team of contractors to maintain my current property, and I am a staunch believer that who you know is more important than what you know.
My objective is to expand my real estate portfolio and pay off my properties one by one. I am interested in working with you to locate a second property in the Columbia area. Currently, I own one property in Timberlake Apartments and would like to acquire a second one in the vicinity.
