Please provide Jake & Gino Vs Michael Blank coaching programs feedback

Hi All, I have an aspiring RE investor and looking to invest in the U.S. I have been self-educating on MF for the last couple of months. However, I don't have enough confidence, education, or connections to dive into investing all by myself, and hence, looking to join a mentorship program and connect with like-minded individuals to move forward. I have explored a few options and came across J&G and Michael Blank's coaching programs. I already had an initial conversation with their advisors and feel good about both of them. Although their full program (which comes with a dedicated coach and 1-1 mentorship) is super expensive for me and I'm not looking to invest that kind of money as of now but I found that both of these programs also come at less cost which I find affordable (which includes their community access, training, and tools, group coaching, etc). Basically, it doesn't include 1-1 coaching which I am fine with.

I'm curious if there are any current or former students here who can provide feedback on these coaching programs. I need to make a decision and any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Any feedback on other coaching programs is also welcomed.

Please note that I have already gone through most of the posts on BP on this subject but many of them are very old and I feel a lot might have changed in terms of how they are running their programs. So, looking for some feedback from the recent experiences (within a couple of years or so).
