Steps to get funding

Hi. I am just starting out in the real estate world. I have done a lot of research but I still don't feel like I know much. I am a travel nurse. I have gotten my llc and ein. I just have some gray areas in my knowledge. I don't know the next steps or how to get funding. If anyone has some tips or advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
