Bank is not offering HELOC

Posted

Hello - we are at the very beginning of our real estate investing journey. We heard about HELOCs and liked the idea of being able to use cash from our equity on our primary residence to invest in rental properties. We have excellent credit. But our bank (Chase) does not take HELOC applications anymore. (At least not through their website.) Any advice on what we can do? I don't want to refinance and lose our current fixed low interest rate on our primary residence.
