Best Loan Options

Hello Everyone,

As some of you know I am a newbie to REI. I've been doing some research and of course one of the topics I've been wondering about is how to finance my first property purchase.

What are some of the best finance options for a investor just starting out? I'd love some feedback from professionals regarding how they financed their own beginning properties.

Financing is the key to the doors in RE. Start collecting your keys and study conventional financing first and then move on to other arrangements, you need to understand conventional first!

My first deal was a contract for deed at 100% of the sale price, but you can't do those anymore the way they use to be, so forget those. :)
