Putting my inheritance to work

With the recent passing of my father I have inherited $205,000 , however it is within the confines of a traditional IRA. I will potentially be iheriting an additional $250,000 when we sell his business. I am seeking any advice on what to do to. I am 37 and driving for Uber since I lost my job back in December. I have considered making a career out of real estate, but frequently feel overwhelmed with getting started. As far as my current knowledge, I have read Brandon Turner's book on rental property investing and watched a number of videos on BP. I currently own a house worth about $225,000 and owe $132,000. I'm looking forward to any feedback .
